Four things,
done properly
The pressure and the method change depending on what we’re standing on. Tile gets a low-pressure soft wash; a driveway gets a surface cleaner. Using the wrong one is how roofs get wrecked.
Roof cleaning
Barrel tile, flat tile, shingle and metal. A low-pressure wash lifts the black streaks and algae without cracking tile or blasting the granules off shingles.

Driveways, patios & pavers
A surface cleaner gives even, stripe-free concrete. Oil spots, rust, tire marks and the green film along the edges all come up.
